KORB TUCKER PLLC represents a wide array of clients in general civil, real estate, probate, insurance claims, business, premises liability, and construction litigation.  We both prosecute and defend lawsuits and will represent you at all levels of your claim, including pre-suit disputes and negotiations, litigation, and appellate work.  We:

• Understand that litigation can be very costly – both emotionally and financially – and thus we will provide an early and forthright assessment of your claim or defense.
• Engage all administrative remedies and opportunities for settlement pre-suit, if possible.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other documents necessary to champion your position and discover the weaknesses of your adversary’s claim or defense.
• Provide skillful written and oral advocacy in small claims, county court, district court, and appellate courts. 
• Have a strong reputation within the legal community and rely on a collective 45 years of practical experience to effectively represent you before the court or jury.

We strongly advocate dispute resolution and settlement of claims outside of our court system.  Indeed, the vast majority of cases will settle before they go to trial.  We will aggressively litigate those select cases that cannot be resolved and continue our advocacy through any appeals following trial.
